(1) ASSISTANT MANAGER (ENGINEERING)                                   No of Post = 2

 

Qualification	B.Sc. Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University with computer proficiency.
Preferred experience / credentials	Minimum 3 years' experience of building construction and allied infrastructure projects.          Preference will be to the candidates having good knowledge and proficiency in relevant computer software.          Excellent in interpersonal verbal and written (technical/financial communication skills.
Age	Up to 55 years.
Location	PDS&CEA Head Office Lahore.
Pay Scale	OG-I (Equivalent to BPS-17).
(2) AUDIT OFFICER                                                                          No of Post =  1
Qualification	Graduate from recognized institute. Diploma/Certificate Trainings in Audit.
Preferred experience / credentials	Minimum 10 Year experience of Audit of Development/Engineering projects in a government department. Well versed with government audit rules and regulations.
Age	Up to 55 years.
Location	PDS&CEA Head Office Lahore.
Pay Scale	Pay Scale: OG-I (Equivalent to BPS-17).
(3) ESTATE/LAND OFFICER                                                       No of Post = 1
Qualification	Minimum Twelve years of educational qualification.
Preferred experience / credentials	Retired Board of Revenue (BOR) employees who joined BoR at any level and retired as Tehsildar or Assistant Commissioner in Punjab. The candidates should have served in relevant field and at Board of Revenue, Lahore.            Should have unblemished service record.            Have thorough grasp of Land Revenue Act 1967 and Land Revenue Rules 1968 and their implementation.            Command over Land Revenue/Land Administration/Settlement and Consolidation Manuals. Understanding of Colonization Act 1912, Tenancy Act 1887 and Land Acquisition Act 1894.Expertise in litigation relating to ownership and possession of lands, and land records. Dispossession Act 2005 and removal of encroachments from state/institution' land.
Age	Up to 55 years.
Location	PDS&CEA Head Office Lahore.
Pay Scale	OG-I (Equivalent to BPS-17).
